SFL Update during COVID-19

Good morning, I wanted to take a minute and reach out to all of our valued customer and carrier partners to let you know we are Business as Usual here at SFL!

We are grateful that our employees and their families are all in good health in these uncertain times of COVID-19. We have taken measures to keep our staff safe and today is our first day where every employee is working remotely from the safety of their own homes. We have setup internal connections to keep us working in our normal team fashion and have access to all of our regular information for the day to day.

You can still reach everyone by phoning the same main number 519-759-6042 + their extension. The phone system is setup to transfer that call to the cell phone connected with the person/extension you’re trying to reach. Sometimes when the phone system processes that transfer, it can sound like the phone line disconnects. It is not actually disconnecting so please stay on the line and your call will be transferred.
