CBP seizes $3.6M in fake bills from truck

U.S Customs and Border Protection Officers at the Pembina ND Port of Entry seized $3.6 million dollars in counterfeit currency.  Apparently the fake bills were found in a shipment showing on the commercial manifest as toy guns.  Further investigation showed the discovery of 9 toy guns and 36,000 $100 bills.  These were later determined to be fake and will be destroyed.  …read more
