U.S Manufacturing isn`t coming back

There have been several reports this year saying U.S Manufacturing is making a comeback due to rising costs in China and lowering energy costs in the United States.  However, according to Goldman Sachs, this is a short lived reality.  U.S. Manufacturing has added jobs since the recession but it would seem that is a normal transition to be expected and not anticipated to be a long term shift.
