The entire industry is constantly changing and terms of pay is one of these things, therefore we want to ensure we are doing whatever we can to help our carriers with these changes.
Stephen Frederick Logistics has developed a Quality Carrier Program. This program is setup to help us better service you, our carrier, we want to know more about all the carriers we do business with. Developing a clear understanding about your company is vital to the health of our company. Our goal is to capture as much information about your company as possible? We would like to know the Services your Company provides, LTL or Truckload, types of equipment and lanes you operate in? When we understand more about your company, the better we can serve you as a qualified carrier. We are all about efficiency and helping you fill the lanes you are looking for on a day to day basis. This information will help us go to our customers with the options of using your equipment to help service their needs and requirements.

Once we approve the application, we will send you an email. We will then add you to the categories and lanes applicable based on the information you have provided. You will receive notifications for RFQ’s and also notifications via email when a new “LANE” that fits your profile comes up either through rate requests from our customer or from on our available load board.
Our goal is to connect you with our customers on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. If we can help your company fill the gaps than we have done our job. We are more than just a broker we are here to develop and build strong relationships so you will see us as a valued customer that helps fill your needs.
