Budget 2013 Builds Capacity in Short Sea Shipping: Canadian Shipowners Association

The Canadian Shipowners Association (CSA) has congratulated Minister Flaherty on a budget “that will ensure Canada continues on a path of growth and prosperity into the future.”

The budget’s strong focus on skills and training for current and new Canadians as well as programs that will support the Canadian labour market has shown the government clearly understands the needs of businesses across the country.
